1. Promoter

The promoter is Bayonet, a division of Bayonet Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its distributors, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Entry is limited to one per person.

3. Promotional Period

3.1 The promotion opens on 10 June, 2026 and closes at 3pm, on 13 June 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

3.2 Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, participants must complete the challenge on site, and complete the online entry form available via the promotional landing page.

4.2 No purchase is required to enter.

4.3 Incomplete or illegible entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.

5. Prize

5.1 The prize is one (1) 20 piece pack of Bayonet Fastlink Fence Enders. There are 3 to be won.

5.2 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Draw and Winner Notification

6.1 The winner will be drawn at Mystery Creek Fieldays, stand F58, on 13 June 2026.

6.2 The draw will be conducted by the Promoter or its authorised representative.

6.3 The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 5 working days of the draw.

6.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Privacy

7.1 By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion.

7.2 Participants may optionally consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter by selecting the opt‑in checkbox on the entry form.

7.3 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

8. General

8.1 The Promoter’s decisions regarding the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.

8.3 The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may affect entry.

8.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
