Bayonet Bayowrap Roof 05 Flame Spec Underlay is a high quality functional film covered with two layers of durable non-woven spun-bonded polypropylene fabric providing a fire retardant self-supporting 3 layer roof underlay. This is the perfect economical option where a fire retardant underlay is required.

  • Very high vapour permeability.

Efficient

  • Spans up to 1200mm centres without support on 3 degrees and above. (When laid horizontally)

  • Preprinted with 150mm overlap laying lines.

  • 3000mm wide roll providing an additional 6% coverage due to less overlaps.

  • Self Supporting: can be laid down to 3 degrees for horizontal laying, or down to 10 degrees for vertical laying

  • Fire Retardant: Flammability index ≤5
